Truck door repair
Roll-up doors on box trucks and straight trucks. We repair on site, 24/7, anywhere in Greater Montreal.
What we repair
We only repair box truck roll-up doors, all brands.
Spring
When the spring loses tension, the door gets heavy and comes back down on its own. We adjust the tension or replace the spring, then balance the door.
See the repairPanels
A panel dented at the dock or cracked lets water in and makes the door catch. We replace only the damaged panel, not the whole door.
See the repairRollers and tracks
A tight back-in is enough to bend a track or break rollers. We replace the rollers, straighten or replace the track, and realign the door.
See the repairLatch, cables and strap
A worn latch lets the door open while driving. We replace the latch, cables or pull strap, and test the lock.

Frequently asked questions
Do you come to us?
Yes. We repair the door on site, at your yard, warehouse or loading dock, anywhere in Greater Montreal.
Which truck doors do you repair?
Only box truck roll-up doors, on box trucks and straight trucks: Whiting, Todco and other brands. We don't do swing doors or side doors.
Are you available at night and on weekends?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A truck that's off the road comes first.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are done in one visit, often in one to two hours on site. A part that has to be ordered, like a panel, needs a second visit.
Can I use the truck if the door won't stay up?
Avoid loading the truck: the door can fall. It's usually the spring losing tension.
Can I drive if the latch won't lock?
Not with a load. The door can open while the truck is moving.
Do I need a new door if a panel is broken?
Usually not. We replace the single panel when the model is still available.
Do you work with fleets?
Yes. We invoice the company by unit number and offer scheduled maintenance for the whole fleet, with no minimum number of trucks.
Truck door won't close?
We answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
